A little measuring now makes choosing your next favorite ring easier.
Start with the product’s measurements
Open the ring you love and check its Product Measurements table. Compare the listed inner diameter or circumference with your measurement. Available sizes vary by style; a size number alone does not guarantee the same fit across suppliers.
Measure a ring you already wear
- Choose a ring that fits the same finger comfortably.
- Place it flat and measure straight across the inside opening in millimeters, through the center. Do not include the metal edges.
- Compare that inner diameter with the measurements on the product page.
Or measure your finger
- Wrap a narrow paper strip around the base of your finger without pulling it tight.
- Mark where the ends meet, then lay the strip flat and measure the marked length in millimeters. This is your finger’s circumference.
- Repeat to check your result and make sure the fit can pass over your knuckle.
Measure when your hands are at a comfortable temperature. If you are between measurements or prefer a wider band, a jeweler’s ring sizer can help confirm the fit before ordering.
